Gunnar has a degree in geophysics. He worked for the Ministry of Trade and Industry, the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate and Statoil (now Equinor) with geophysics, project management, negotiations, and M & M&A projects until retirement. After that, he has spent his time consulting businesses.
Elin has a Master in Physics and PhD in Silicon Sensor Technology. She is currently the General Manager of Innovar Solutions and has extensive experience with innovation, management and operations from companies such as SINTEF, Roxar, Emerson Process Management and SAR.
Bjørn has a master degree in Mechanical Engineering/Material Technology. He has extensive experience from start-ups, drilling contractors and service companies like Odfjell Drilling, COSL, IOT Group, Proserv and currently WellConnection Group.
